SOUTH SUDAN TOURS (SST) prices and services may or may not include all ground and domestic air transportation, hotel accommodations (double occupancy, on bed and breakfast basis), boat trip on the Lakes all entrance fees at churches, palaces & parks, all meals and cooking facilities on camping (full board basis), professional guiding and cooking services, packers & rangers on walking and scouts at parks. However, prices do not include visa charges, alcoholic beverages, fishing and other water sports equipment rentals, tips, personal items.
Services included on any trip should be specified on the ITINERARY agreed with clients.
SST is not responsible for the amendment of rates that occur beyond its control
A Provisional booking may be made by phone, fax or email
Contracts and agreements will be valid consequent to SOUTH SUDAN TOURS (SST) confirmation of the booking by fax, e-mail, letter or telephone. At the time of confirmation, 30% of the package tour price should be transferred through our bank account to Ethiopia or South Sudan 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Full and final payment can be done on arrival in order not bother our clients.
If complete payment has not been made at the commencement of any tour, South Sudan Tours & Travel is not obliged to conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made before hand.
If tour booking would be cancelled one month before the tour commencement date, South Sudan Tours & Travel will charge 25% of the tour cost, as it has to pay cancellation fee for the reservations made on your behalf.
If cancellations made two weeks before the commencement of the tour, Visit will charge 50% of the total tour cost.
There is no refund whatsoever for last minute cancellation of less than two weeks prior to the tour commencement.
According to the preference of clients, we book rooms in hotels ranging from the luxurious ones in Juba, to fine first and tourist class hotels in major tourist areas, to simple hotels in remote areas, most with private baths.
For regular tours and safaris, minibuses, coaches, and 4WDs will be provided according to the route and number of participants and Englishspeaking guides are available. Other than these we will provide upon request.
Only the laws of SOUTH SUDAN governs, SOUTH SUDAN TOURS and TRAVEL (SST). liability to passengers transported in its own or third party vehicles, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of SOUTH SUDAN in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard travelers property,SOUTH SUDAN TOURS and TRAVEL (SST) accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal items. SOUTH SUDAN TOURS and TRAVEL (SST) will use its best efforts to assist as an agent to our clients in dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines and other transport companies and travel agents. However,SOUTH SUDAN TOURS and TRAVEL (SST) can not be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death, acts of God, or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.
